The important benefits provided to all employees of PIT Solutions are:
PITs provides Ten National/Festival holidays each year to its people.
PITs encourage its Employees to take break from work as this provides for a healthy and efficient staff. For this purpose PITs provide sixteen days of leave per completed year of service. The entitlement to leave will be governed by the policy.
On completing five years of continuous service with PIT, employees are eligible to receive gratuity. The amount of gratuity will be as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, will be paid to the individual upon their separation, be it by resignation, termination or retirement, except where they have been found to have caused damage to the organization through willful negligence, omission, destruction of company property, misconduct (leaving the services of the company without proper notice).

All full-time employees on the rolls will be eligible for a social security benefit, called the Provident Fund (PF). All the contribution to the PF will be as per the EPF Act. Out of the employer’s share of contribution, 8.33% will be remitted towards the employee’s Pension Fund. Both the funds are maintained and administered with the Central Government body - Employee’s Provident Fund Organization, India. Interest is accrued on a yearly basis on the total provident fund contribution in the employee’s PF account.
All employees covered under the PF scheme will by default be covered under this benefit. The premium towards EDLI will be borne completely by the company. The Sum Assured on the life of the employee as per the statutory requirement will be payable to his/her nominees upon death of the member while in service.
Employees are provided with company transportation from major pickup points across the city to our offices. Employees working odd hour shifts are provided with transportation facilities from a pickup point closer to their residence.
