Rafeek Mohammed
CEO & Partner

Rafeek Mohammed heads the operations of PIT Solutions development center in India. Rafeek is the chief strategist and visionary who drives the development and expansion initiatives of PIT Solutions in the Asia region. He holds extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors, in which major projects were executed successfully under his leadership.

Rafeek holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC. Prior to co-founding PIT Solutions, he has worked with major multinational companies in regions ranging from India, United States and Europe. His long-term vision is to develop innovative products that can complement PIT's offerings in the services sector. His technical competence coupled with people management skills is the right mix that has enabled PIT Solutions become a successful company in the making.

Thomaskutty Sebastian
Head of Business Development & Partner

Thomaskutty Sebastian is based in Switzerland and is the Head of business development activities of PIT Solutions. Being conversant with the Swiss and European markets, Thomaskutty has played the key role in generating new business and building the solid client-base that PITS has today. Thomaskutty has, during his early years in research at the Indian Institute of Technology, led projects for the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.

Thomaskutty holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an Executive MBA conducted by EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de l'Université de Lausanne (HEC). He has also undergone a certificate program in Business from the University of Texas, Austin. Further, he holds an Executive Masters in e-governance from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), for which he travelled extensively to institutes in countries like Belgium, Finland, Germany, Canada and Mexico. 

Dieter von Ziegler
Chairman & Partner

Dieter von Ziegler is based in Switzerland and take care of legal, finance and accounts of PIT Solutions in Switzerland.

Dieter holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, USA, and is a graduate in Economics from the University of St. Gall, Switzerland. He is a serial entrepreneur who has already ventured into verticals like textiles, real estate and tourism. Before starting this venture, he has been working for the Cargill Group, a multinational provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services.
