Technical Skills 

• Proven experience in UML, SRS, BRD, and FSD
•  Full Professional language Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must
• Talent must be ready to travel and work at client locations in Sharjah or Dubai, UAE

Key responsibilities

• Business Requirement Gathering - Conduct discussions with clients to gain a clear understanding of their existing systems, business processes, workflows, procedures, etc.
• Analysis and Documentation of Business Requirements - Analyse the business requirements in order to identify all applicable use cases, stakeholders, etc., and document the end-to-end business process in a cohesive manner by use of flow charts, mock-ups, etc.
• Solution or Feature Design - Convert clients' business requirements into solutions or features that meet the client's expectations and also fit well within the boundaries of the larger system they are part of
• Develop a solid understanding of client's business applications and act as a subject matter expert
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders - customers, developers, testers, end users, etc.
• Creating user manuals for new systems or features and providing end-user training on the new system.
• Knowledge of domains like HR and Finance will be an added advantage

Technical skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer science or a relevant field
• Proven experience in Unified Modelling Language (UML); software requirement specification (SRS), Business Requirement documents (BRD); Functional Specification Document (FSD)
