Job Description

• Talents must be ready to travel and work at client locations in Sharjah or Dubai, UAE
• Must have hands-on experience in .NET framework/.NET Core and C#
• Analyze production failures and take proactive remedial actions - Understand application SLAs and work towards meeting them
• Production Support for Enterprise Applications and end-user assistance. Regular Support Activities include - Ticket monitoring, Application monitoring, Incident Resolution, Request handling, etc
• Exhibit thorough understanding of all phases of software development life-cycle - strong knowledge of application design & development process
• Ability to communicate to Business users in case of any product failures or issues to be addressed; Solid experience in handling and managing Customer expectations - must have problem-solving skills, good communication, and a strong drive

Good to have

• Professional language proficiency in Arabic is an additional advantage
• Hands-on experience in IIS Administration will be an additional advantage
