Responsibilities

• You will manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for our clients in the US,
• You will work closely with the recruiting leads and hiring managers,
• You will work on strategic global technical and techno-functional hiring tracks,
• You will use niche platforms, to smartly source potential candidates and procure the best talents for different IT technology requirements.

Requirements

• You should be self-motivated as well as a team player,
• You must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts (night shifts),
• You should have the ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit as well as have a strong understanding of technical requirements,
• You should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network to build an exemplary IT department for the company,
• You must have the “willingness to learn” and “update your skills and knowledge” continuously.

Preferred Skills

• Someone with  at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant US IT recruitment experience,
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market,
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders,
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN, and familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
