Homefitness is a Swiss e-shop selling fitness machines primarily. They also sell other products like indoor bikes, table tennis tables etc. The store offers a range of products from the categories of cross trainers, home trainers, ergometers, treadmills, rowing machines, indoor bikes, table tennis tables and fitness accessories (dumbbells, floor mats, multi-gyms, etc.). It is a fully responsive webshop developed using Magento 2 ecommerce platform. Magento was opted for homefitness shop because of the combination of ecommerce features along with multilingual - multicurrency possibilities, which gives the option for scalability in future.
Payment methods are integrated in the shop using checkout PostFinance payment gateway supporting PostFinance E-Finance, Credit / Debit cards, PostFinance Card and Twint Improved SEO experience and tracking via Google analytics, tag manager and re-marketing tags integration are implemented in the project. Rich snippets integration for more structured data presentation and star ratings in search results is also implemented in the shop.
