Namuk has 4 pop-up stores and each store has a separate point of sales (Web POS) system to manage the sales at these locations.
With a responsive design, the Web POS system fits on any tablet, which helps to easily create orders. The user-friendly interface allows the sale staffs to get used to the POS quickly. The stock of products available in each store including the retail and wholesale stores are also listed in the POS system, which facilitates the sales staff to schedule the dispatch of product later also from the warehouse when the products are not available in the pop up store. The Web POS allows to checkout as a guest or registered customer. Staff can search for any customer information to quickly create orders. Staff can scan barcode quickly & accurately add products to cart. Staff can also filter products in seconds just by entering any attributes like product name, SKU etc
Some other key features in this website are Wallee payment integration for ESR generation and for sending payment reminders to customers, and multiple warehouse stock management. The currency selector is preselected based on the geography from which the retailer shop is accessed. In the wholesaler shop, it is preselected based on user preference. PayPal, credit card and invoice payment methods are available in the shop. Credit worthiness check of the customer is done using Gridds extension during the checkout process and invoice payment method is prevented for customers who have liabilities.
