Job Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data.
• Ensure releases adhere to deadlines while not compromising on quality. 
• Design and implement automation framework that work across multiple platforms.
• Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
• Lead automation efforts, and explore new test automation tools and methods.
• Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process.
• Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development.
• The ideal candidate should be quick learner and be able to work independently. He/she should be able to operate in a very fast paced environment. 
   

Test Lead Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
• Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development 
• Hands-on automation for end to end testing including back-end or front-end applications. 
• Strong background in automation using object-oriented programming language (C#).
• Ability to create tests in chosen framework by reviewing code commits and user stories.
• Integrate automated testing into a DevOps CI/CD framework.
• Strong SQL skills and/or data validation.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business and multiple global stakeholders to drive QA 
• Strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   

Good to have:

• Work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile and Software Testing Certifications are preferred.
