Technical Requirements:

JavaScript and popular JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, React, Vue.js, Next.js or Node.js projects, People Management, Stakeholder management and team Management

Preferring certified scrum master/PMP  senior  talents with 8 to 12 years of overall software experience with at least 3+ years of project management experience. Talent should be able to effectively and independently manage and handle the project delivery, end to end Team handling and mentoring.

Essential Skills:

• Capable of working closely and collaboratively with software architects and leads aligned to design implementations and functional features implementations.
• Should be able to deliver projects in Agile Project planning budgeting scoping managing customer expectation.
• Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives timelines budgets resources milestones and project deliverables; Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity
• Hands on experience in JavaScript and popular JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, React, Vue.js, Next.js or Node.js projects.
• Good understanding of REST APIGood understanding of REST API
• Experience in project management tools like Jira, contour, confluence etc.
• Strong knowledge of third-party systems integration and integration through servic/API interfaces .
• Should be able to communicate and negotiate with multiple development teams and project managers across various geolocation towards converging the project to production readiness.
• Should be able to identify and implement security and performance benchmarks for the project.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Knowledge of mobile development (Native / Hybrid using Flutter, React Native, Xamarin etc ) would be an excellent addition>Exposure in Backend, Database, AWS and Firebase knowledge is a big plus
