About the Role 

PIT Solutions is a global digital product company designing and building scalable software for international clients and ventures. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, AI innovation, and user-centred design. 
 
You will help shape modern digital experiences — from early discovery to delivery — working closely with product leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders across distributed environments. This is a senior role for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building clarity in complex product ecosystems.

What You’ll Do 

• Own the end-to-end product design process — from discovery and concept creation to delivery and post-launch iteration. 

• Drive product vision together with CPTO, Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders. 

• Design AI-powered user experiences such as intelligent assistants, automated workflows, smart recommendations, and conversational interfaces. 

• Translate business and user needs into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. 

• Establish and evolve scalable design systems ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability. 

• Define success metrics and use analytics, research, and experimentation to continuously improve outcomes. 

• Facilitate workshops and structure design initiatives when dedicated Product or Project roles are limited. 

• Advocate for user-centred design practices and help elevate design maturity across teams. 

Delivery & Collaboration 

• Driving alignment and decision-making in cross-functional environments. 

• Structuring work and managing priorities without heavy process overhead. 

• Balancing discovery, design, and delivery timelines in agile teams. 

• Communicating clearly with remote and distributed stakeholders. 

Requirements 

• 5+ years experience as a Product Designer working on B2B SaaS, enterprise, or complex platforms. 

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product ownership. 

• Deep UX and visual design expertise. 

• Proven experience building or scaling design systems. 

• Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools. 

• Experience with analytics and data-informed design decisions. 

• Background in user research, usability testing, and experimentation. 

• Experience working embedded with engineering teams in agile environments. 

• Excellent English communication skills (German is a strong plus). 

AI & Emerging Technology Experience 

• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and how they translate into user experiences. 

• Experience designing AI-native interfaces (automation, intelligent suggestions, conversational UX). 

• Ability to design for transparency, trust, and human-AI collaboration. 

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and prompt-driven interfaces. 

• Awareness of ethical AI principles, accessibility, and responsible design. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or white-label platforms. 

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

• Interest in sports, membership, or association platforms.
