Thomaskutty Sebastian is a Switzerland-based entrepreneur and business leader driving the growth of PIT Solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into Switzerland, the USA, and Germany, evolving into a global firm. Passionate about excellence at every level, Thomaskutty takes a hands-on approach - leading strategic initiatives, driving business development, and actively managing key projects. He holds a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras, an Executive MBA from EPFL and HEC Lausanne, an Executive Master’s in e-Governance from EPFL, and a business certificate from the University of Texas, Austin.
Beyond business, he is deeply committed to social impact, actively supporting initiatives in Switzerland and India.

Gabriele is the main link between Swiss clients and our Indian Team. He is responsible for project management and requirement engineering. He acquired his experience in a large Swiss agency and having graduated in communication and management, he supports PIT Solutions in business and marketing decisions.
Gabriele holds a bachelors degree in communication and a master degree in management from the University of Lugano. On his exchange semester, He focused on system studies and digital business. His interest for the web dates a long time back. Design, usability and information architecture are his strong suit.

Simon leads sales and marketing at PIT Solutions, driving growth and client success in offshoring partnerships.
Before joining PIT Solutions, he founded Dream Production, one of Switzerland’s leading digital agencies, and served as its CEO. From 2007 to 2012, Simon worked as Ecosystem and Developer Manager at Nokia for the region of Northern Europe, where he witnessed first-hand the rapid evolution of mobile platforms—Symbian, MeeGo, and Windows Phone—and the transformative impact of digital change.
Beyond his role at PIT Solutions, Simon pursues his entrepreneurial passion through projects in digital healthcare.

With an IT consulting background and over 20 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies and Project Management, Pedro has a successful track record of setting up and managing software development teams in both near and off-shore models, and in delivering solutions to tackle complex business problems. Mr.Cordeiro worked with startups to very large companies. In his previous role, he was heading software development and delivery of Frontiers, a leading Open Access Publisher and Open Science Platform. He also worked with large IT technology companies like Cap Gemini, ESRI, Bull etc.
Pedro possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from ISTEC, Portugal and a Post-Graduation in Project Management. He is also a certified Scrum Master.

Mary Tresa Scaria is responsible for Accounting & Finance at PIT Solutions, Switzerland. After her Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, she did her Chartered Accounting studies at ICAI.
In the past, she has worked for companies like Citi Private Bank, Burger King Headquarters, Switzerland. In Citi Bank, she was responsible for private banking clients whereas at Burger King she was responsible for consolidation of accounting from EMEA entities of Burger King.

Vanessa Celano works as Junior Web Project Manager at our Swiss office. At her last job, she was working as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, she has managed several Website and Webshop projects for small-medium clients (SME) in Switzerland. Besides that she also possess experience in Search Engine Marketing ( SEM) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA). At PIT Solutions, she is responsible to manage digital projects for our clients.
She did a commercial apprenticeship at a Lawyer’s office and will soon finish her Bachelor's Degree in Business communication.

Her professional journey began with training as a visual advertising designer, which she later enhanced by earning a Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Development in Zurich. With great passion, she designs and builds modern web applications and online shops.

Jan Berner is a technical project manager who combines a creative mindset with solid expertise in artificial intelligence. He works closely with clients and with our team in India to bring projects from idea to implementation. In his previous role, he developed sensors in a laboratory setting and built the supporting software. With his background, Jan enjoys using modern technology to find practical solutions to real-world problems.
Jan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and is completing his Master’s with a focus on robotics and AI.

Rafeek Mohammed is a dynamic and results-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience in executive management and strategic planning. As the chief visionary, he spearheads the development and expansion efforts of PIT Solutions across the Asia region. Rafeek has consistently proven his ability to drive organizational growth and profitability through strategic foresight and operational excellence. He excels in building high-performing leadership teams, cultivating a collaborative culture, and leading transformative change initiatives.
Rafeek holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC. Prior to co-founding PIT Solutions, he has worked with major multinational companies in regions ranging from India, United States and Europe. His long-term vision is to develop innovative products that can complement PIT's offerings in the services sector. His technical competence coupled with people management skills is the right mix that has enabled PIT Solutions become a successful company in the making.

Biju.T.P heads the finance and administration team at PIT Solutions since 2000. Biju is responsible for financial planning, budgeting as well as financial reporting of PIT Solutions. He engages in financial analysis in areas like forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction analysis and reviewing operational performance. He supports management team in a variety of operational decisions. He ensures that financial practices in PIT Solutions are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations. Biju.T.P. is a Master’s degree holder in Finance and a Graduate in Law from the University of Kerala.
He has extensive experience in corporate finance over last 20 years of his career. Apart from PIT Solutions, Biju holds Directorship in three other companies functioning in India.

Ajith Alexander spearheads operational efficiency initiatives and drives business development at PIT Solutions, USA, headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. A seasoned Microsoft veteran, he brings nearly a decade of experience in building high-performing engineering teams that have collaborated with Fortune 500 companies across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. His expertise lies in architecting and deploying mission-critical solutions in identity management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
In addition to his leadership role at PIT Solutions, Ajith serves as a strategic advisor to major corporations on safeguarding digital identity data, helping organizations navigate the complex and evolving landscape of cybersecurity and data privacy. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2008. Ajith currently resides in Seattle, Washington.

Jazna Rafeek is a seasoned and strategic leader who heads the operations of PIT Solutions development center in India. Her expertise lie in operational management, organizational development, and process optimization. She has demonstrated success in enhancing efficiency, overseeing large teams, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Her prior expertise was in managing and leading highly scalable projects with the help of her participative and negotiating leadership skills. Her core strengths lie around different aspects like creativity, innovation management, openness to change and stress tolerance.
She substantially contributed to the first ISO certification process for PIT Solutions in 2013. Apart from this, she coordinates the CSR activities of PIT Solutions through the Helping Minds Foundation. She is an executive committee member of the Technopark Toastmasters Club that actively promotes public speaking and enhances communication and leadership skills. She is also a mentor at Women Inclusive in Technology, a non profit organisation that supports women.

Shibu Padmavathy heads the SAP Commerce Practice at PIT Solutions Development center in India. In a career spanning 25 years, he has played a significant role in building and delivering IT Solutions to many Fortune 500 organizations across the world. Before associating with PIT Solutions, he has worked in multinational companies in Japan, Europe United States and India. He is a SAP ERP veteran with close to 18 years’ experience in various SAP implementation/integration projects. He has a wide spectrum of expertise in Digital Commerce, SAP ERP Implementation and Supply Chain Optimization Solutions.
Shibu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Over the past 6 years in years in PIT Solutions, he primarily built the SAP Commerce Practice. His expertise was instrumental in successful execution multi-brand multi country commerce solutions.

Faustin de Souza heads Business Development & Talent Transformation for PIT Solutions North America. He has spent over a decade in the information technology industry as a consultant to the leadership & management team, strategic partner to business leaders, and a trusted advisor to managers and people.
In his earlier role at Mindtree, Faustin enabled business for North America through strategic and transformative programs. He has a growth mindset and harnesses the power of people by building diverse and inclusive teams locally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Loyola College and a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Christ University.

Hector Ocampo Heads Marketing & Strategy of PIT Solutions LATAM. He is based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Hector, with almost a decade of experience working with engineering team-building companies, has worked with companies of different industries like Fintech, Telehealth, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Sports, Technology Consulting, and Technology transformation, building strong relationships in North America, LATAM, and Europe. In addition to his work at PIT Solutions, Hector is a published app author on IOS and Andriod and consults US-based startups on marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Hector graduated from ITESM (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) at Guadalajara in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and publicity and had certifications in International Business Management and Project Management.
