The platform manages over 1 million candidate records, enabling organizations to efficiently source talent, manage applicants, automate recruitment workflows, and improve communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.

The solution provides an intuitive web application that supports candidate management, consultant workflows, advanced search capabilities, reporting, interview scheduling, and business communication. Built using a modern React frontend and an ASP.NET Core backend, the platform is designed to deliver high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with third-party services.

The application leverages SQL Server, Azure cloud services, caching mechanisms, background job processing, and secure REST APIs to support enterprise-scale recruitment operations.
