Sharjah Economic development Department (SEDD) is a government entity. Our goal was to automate all functionalities of this department and the plan is to become ‘paperless economic department’.
Sharjah Economic Development Department have 11 Departments and 5 Departments mainly provide services to the employees in SEDD.
Each departments contain some sections and user requests are handled by each section. It includes the helpdesk system, inventory management, budget and finance and training management system. Our team successfully automated different sections of the department.
